You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site. This includes attempting to interfere with its operation, accessing it by automated means in a way that burdens it, or using it in violation of any applicable law.

All content on the Site, including game titles, logos, characters, artwork, screenshots, videos, text, and the STONEFRUIT|WORKS name and wordmark, is owned by or licensed to STONEFRUIT|WORKS and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 4. Press kit and media assets
Members of the press, content creators, and reviewers may use the materials in our Press Kits (including logos, screenshots, trailers, and descriptions) to cover, review, or promote our games. You may not alter these materials in a way that misrepresents our games or our studio, imply our endorsement without permission, or use them to promote unrelated products. Use of gameplay footage in videos and streams is governed by our Streaming Policy.

5. Games and purchases
The Site does not sell games directly. Our games are sold through third-party platforms such as Steam, and your purchase, download, and use of any game are governed by that platform's terms and by any end user license agreement that accompanies the game.

6. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites and services, including storefronts, social media platforms, video hosts, and file-sharing services. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
