STREAMING POLICY

Effective date: September 25, 2026

We love seeing people play our games. This policy covers how you can share STONEFRUIT|WORKS games in videos, streams, and other content. It applies to all of our games unless a specific game's page says otherwise.

You're welcome to:

• Stream, record, and upload gameplay of our games on any platform, including Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok, and others.

• Monetize that content through ads, subscriptions, donations, sponsorships, and platform partner programs.

• Create let's plays, reviews, guides, walkthroughs, speedruns, highlights, and commentary, including critical reviews. Honest opinions are always welcome.

• Use the logos, screenshots, and trailers from our Press Kits in your thumbnails, overlays, and content.

You don't need to ask us first. A link to the game's store page or to www.stonefruitworks.com in your description is appreciated but not required.

We ask that you don't:

• Distribute our games, or substantial portions of their files, audio, or artwork, outside of gameplay content. This includes uploading soundtracks or asset rips as standalone content.

• Present your content as official STONEFRUIT|WORKS content, or suggest that we sponsor or endorse you unless we've agreed to that.

• Use our games or assets in content that is hateful, harassing, or unlawful.

• Show or promote pirated copies of our games.

Copyright claims
We don't intend to issue copyright claims against content that follows this policy. If you receive an automated claim (such as YouTube Content ID) on footage of one of our games, contact us at support@stonefruitworks.com with a link to the content and we'll help get it resolved.

Removal requests
We reserve the right to ask that content be taken down if it violates this policy. We expect this to be rare.

Early access and review copies
For review keys, early access, or partnership inquiries, reach out at support@stonefruitworks.com. We can't guarantee a response to every request, but we read them all.

Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page.
